Adorned with a low-cut satin gown with lace detailing Nolan Miller at the bust of pearls around her neck and a tiara on her short accounts wavy bob, Katy seemed an extra Baz Luhrmann, "Gatsby" remake.   |

Maybe she was caught in a threshing machine on the road. Maybe she was shamelessly whoring for attention. It does not matter.
