The Liz & Dick star recently posed with a gun pressed to her head AND in her mouth for photo shoot with, who else, Terry Richardson.
Lindsay Lohan caused quite a stir back in 2010 when she did the same kind of shoot with Tyler Shields, so while it's not original it's still alarming.

She was in Puerto Rico. This has got to be the best Jessica Biel has ever looked. Most of the time she looks like a giant cave salamander that could bench press a Volkswagen. There's just not much market for that sorta shit outside the Japanese B-movie industry.
